This is a place that has no work ethics or morals. The people that work there take their jobs for granted. I inherited a home in Antonito. This has caused alot of trouble for me. I have tried to be responsible and change the water bill to my name. The employees that work there will not allow me to do so. ********************* stated that I could not change the bill to my name because as far as she knows the home still belongs to the previous owners sister. The previous owner is now deceased. I have gone into the office on several occasions trying to work something out with these ladies. ******************** will not accept any documents if it is not my deed. I have showed her more documents than needed. She changed her mind. I went in with money to pay a deposit. Still no luck. When this whole ordeal started I asked her if I needed any money to start off. She said no. Once again she changed her mind. I stated to both the ladies that they are making me commit a crime and they are committing a crime by using another person's name on my water bill. Work orders have been written under the deceased name. So I have been denied a necessity to live because ******************** don't seem to be very honest and is holding a personal grudge against me. It seems like she makes up her own policies whenever she feels like it. I asked for the policies and ordinances at one time. She refused to supply those. She is making it impossible for me. I have tried everything. Makes me think if their is other criminal activity going on. And how could people be so cold hearted and not even care about their place of employment. The only care they have is to hurt others.
