I have a niece that lived with me during her school year. She is now staying with her stepdad up north and insists she should still have rights to my house. She has packed up half her stuff and she wants to still come here because she has a boyfriend she meets. I don’t want her back in the house. She has stolen stuff and been horrible and agreed to vacate by the end of June. But she still trying to come back for visits with her boyfriend. I don’t want her to come back.
