with a relative, the land is privately own by my relatives, well its open that anyone can pass, but oneday a guy that lives to the back of it passes, my relative girl friend told him that he cannot pass because its private land, he ended up cursing her, when the boy friend came home she told him about it, when he saw the guy he told him the same, and again cursing, well according to my relative, he made a spring at him and it was a fight, then the guy puts my relative in court and say that how he knock out his eye, but when i see him, nothing is wrong with him, nor no report from the hospital or doctor about and eye injury, well the went on for about say 2 years and it got throw out, now i heard this evening that the guy put back my relative in court again for the same thing, saying that how he has to get money from my relative.
