I am a part of a property investment business with * properties in our portfolio in UK. All tenanted. I want to leave the business and so I want the properties valued and my stake in business paid back to me. We bought our properties with vacant possession so I want the valuations vacant as well. My partners are not in agreement and they want valuation with tenants in situ. Legally what’s my right and what should I do to resolve this.
