My boyfriend use to live with us meaning my mother her boyfriend and my daughter well he never paid rent and stayed for a couple years my mother and her boyfriend don’t like him he got in trouble and now is living in a sober living and now he is trying to sue us saying we threw out his belongings which we never did everything is still in place and he helped with things around the house and he’s trying to get money from that which we did it together and he saying living conditions were bad etc. but he never contribute a dime nor did anyone ever tell him to leave
