I have issue with house..on */*/* my house was on fire..that time the police tell me i can enter the house until the next day,but i can take any belong like clothes or anything i need to use..but until two day past,the onwer house which has living next to my house she not allow me take anything my item on that house they block the door,and the window so i cant enter my house..

And they give me the reason i cant enter that house or take anything my belong into that house until the insurance company come..and they ask me to pay the fee insurance

I ask them give me the agreement house,and show me the policy but they dont want to give me..

I dont have any insurance company,but the owner have insurance company they told me they cant cover or claim anything because we dont have in they insurance policy which is that find for me..but the thing is they ask me to pay the fee insurance and I wanted the agreement and the policy thay dont want to
