I told officers they could not have the truck .that is was mine i read in Louisiana vehicle registration is not proof of ownership i ask them had a crime been committed they told me no and ask them to leave the property they refused to and keep harassing me about the truck . After i explained the truck was mine oficers told me at that time that they didn't have enough proof to take the truck and left .they shorty returned and told me they were taking the truck that registration was enough proof and if i said or did anything to stop them id go to jail ive read that a juge had to rule over civil matters and that they c couldn't take the truck off of my private property without a ruling from a judge
