My girlfriend has sold all of my farm equipment and my tools and has abandoned ower farm and rented it out and someone has destroyed the place what can i do to get my stuff back and reclaim my home
Did you have any written agreement with your girlfriend about the ownership and management of the farm and equipment?
I had filed an epo against her and she given the home to live there and was told by the judge that she was responsible for any and all damages and was not to destroy or remove anything on the property
What evidence do you have to prove that she sold your equipment and rented out the farm?
I went to the farm and everything was gone and someone had or is living there
What steps have you taken so far to address this issue?
