I lived with My mom for 5 years in the house that was her deceased boyfriend's and she had an agreement that she could live here until she passed or needed to go somewhere else. She moved in with my sister a couple weeks ago and the daughter whom got possession of the house when my mom left came into my house on Monday went through everything to get her deceased dad's items and left my house totaled. She gave me no notice no nothing just walked right in and said that she would be back on Friday to take possession of the house is this legal

But I don't think that's really the issue My mom had moved out so yeah the daughter can take possession of the house but what I'm asking is is it legal for her to come in here with no notice and go through all my stuff to get her dad's stuff and leave my house is totally like somebody had robbed it
