Evicting Sister From Home

Summary

If you dont own the property your sister is living in, you may not be able to directly evict her. Check if a will was left dictating the propertys distribution. If not, the property may be subject to Oklahomas intestate laws. Consider contacting Adult Protective Services or the local health department if her living conditions are hazardous. If APS hasnt taken action, local legal aid organizations can provide further guidance.
