my neighbor is trying purpsly to make my ceiling collapse on me by drilling holes and dumping water so it drips onto my drywall then will stomp for long periods of time and drywall nails have vibrated out three out the apartment

yes and all they did was look for water leak mad couldn't find any and had stains proving water was coming from somewhere and all they did was come paint over it

and they stalk me too now because they know I tried getting them caught and noticed a drone that follows me around

not really i lost my job due to 9 months of constant harressment not getting any rest and mentally breaking me down for the fact I'm getting no justice served
