I bought a house and moved in with a partner. They became abusive so we broke up, but they are refusing to move out. For context, before we broke up, they got a new roof financed in their name. I have told them repeatedly I'll make the payments on the roof, but they refuse to leave and also refuse to entertain buying the house from me (minus the cost of the roof). They are also refusing to pay utilities since those are in my name.
