I agreed to buy land to build my retirement home...this person also subcontracted to build my small home...i was put on deed, have been paying taxes and then i went to bank to get money to purchase land and was told land had 200k worth of liens on property and would have to wait til they were paid so i could pay for land..(the house is paid off) now this person is getting divorce and is putting this land in his divorce settlement...this man is financially exploiting me and as i now see the red flags you can see this was a planned out fraud he was doing to me.. i am * and my husband died and i need to know if i can sue him civally or some other lawsuit...ty..
