I have a house that I have owned for sometime , I have a friend that has been living in the house rent free for quite some time she mentions th3 fact she would like to buy the house from me and asked what my price would be for it and if I would be interested in doing a partial trade . She offered a vehicle + whatever cash the vehicle did not cover . It was around * cash plus the vehicle . I agreed to let her make payments for the cash amount . She wrote up a quit claim deed and we signed with a witness and had it notarized. I later find out after the runaround for the title to the vehicle the she never owned the vehicle it was never in her name the transmission is messed up so it only runs around 30moh and she forged my name to the title before I received it . She added a extra witness to the deed after we had it notarized and it's now 3 years later and she has payed me maybe *$ on the house and now she is behind on taxes and if it's not paid by next year it will be sold at auction.
