The contractor owns the home next door he went to a private auction that USDA has that allows him to buy the house he built back then he guts it puts the new cabinets higher quality new windows everything thats suppose to go into new homes but he orders cheap stuff. USDA hires him to repair, fix, replace, stuff that he caused error in the first place. He told me it costs *,* to build a USDA home inspector never inspected mine but classified it at a Q3 (cost2.?? a sq ft) mine is actually at Q-* (cost .* per sq ft ) cost me *,* but i dont want him fixing anything that he has caused in the first place. He should not do this to winslowians just because hes from kentucky and has his bank there too its not right a woman i spoke to is taking him to court because her roof did blow off after 3 years.
