I filed an eviction notice on people living in a property I own we had drawn up a contract for selling the property back in * she got arrested and sent to prison for 5 years during which time I allowed her * adult sons to stay there for free when she got out she began paying on it and was supposed to get financing to pay for it which she was unable to do so now she quit paying and even communicating with me I hired an atty here locally on10/*/* but there has been nothing happening with this case since they tell me we are waiting on a court date how long does it take to get a court date I’ve already paid him $ *.* a
