So I got a 7 day notice to pay it. Quit on the * th of December it was dated the 13th of December I got it through mail. No attempt was tried to give it directly or was it posted on my door. I tried to pay rent * times and they refused. In Nevada landlords are not to refuse as long as you have all your rent and late fees they are not to charge you filing fees since they have not been to court yet. They added 7 day filing fee in the 7th of December to my account and again the notice is dated 13th. Also the declaration of service was not signed nor were the boxes checked on the attempt to give it to me. So what do you think
