I live in new Mexico in housing provided and funded through hud I have no income and new property manager raised my rent and waited until it got high and filed in court for eviction and I lost in court the judge was mad and being biased and didn't want to see my documents that were proof of my defense arguments he set the escrow bond at *,* to appeal which I don't have that money and tried calling places for help but they said they couldn't help unless I get to stay in my home but the manager said he wants me evicted he won't work with me. The higher court to appeal said they could only waive filing fee to process appeal not escrow bond what can I do
