We have a new HOA Board and they have fired the management company. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. They have gone through the record and refunding homeowners for fines associated with the rules of the Covenants not being followed. They have held up the closings of three homes for not providing the closing documents to the closing attorney. They have had meeting announced as open meetings to the homeowners and refused two homeowners admission because they might agree with what the board would be discussing. The neighborhood is going down hill. They are not making homeowners cut their grass, remove trash cans from the street and generally keep the properties clean. Where do we go for help? They have also secured a new tax ID number and we believe they are trying to fraud the government by not paying taxes. They claim all the tax records for * are missing.
