Sometime after that the renters decided that they were going to move to Missouri and sometime thereafter I went to check on my property and they still had the driveway blocked by that shed in a vehicle so I drove around the other side of that house I gave them and I went to check on my cabin and property and as I was heading back to town I gave them a courtesy text to let them know that their house was in good shape and looked secure as I did visual only to which the renter immediately he came threatening and combative and made several statements that were not true in texts personally about me and he also employed the sheriff's department to trespass me from my land which I was propelled further into anxiety depression and all of the things that go along with that I was shocked and deeply hurt

he offered to pay a little extra but not what I felt it was worth and I was under extreme pressure and he set up the closing date or for me to sign with a bank within a couple days and I went to go get my Quick Claim Deed from my attorney that I had in safe storage and my attorney told me he lost the deed that my ex-wife had signed which created the second wave of problems I explained to the renter that my lawyer lost to quit claim deed and we would have to go through a process which could take a while to find my ex-wife and force her to sign another quick claim deed now this is not my fault and I employed that lawyer again to try to remedy the situation to which the lawyer did nothing and time went by and the renter got angry and blamed me and said it was all my fault and he was going to sue me and demanded that I produce a new lease under his terms of 100 years and the rent could not go up and it stayed at $* giving him full control of the terms
