My wife and I were served papers regarding a property in loan default. Neither my wife and I have any association with the property other than the fact that it formerly belonged to my wife's parents before they sold it about 6 years ago. Now it appears that the current owners have defaulted on the loan and the loan company has named my wife and I as defendants in addition to the current property owners. We need to be removed from this filing
