For over three years, the City of Lancaster has unjustly condemned my property at * Manor Street, using bureaucratic roadblocks and legal manipulation to keep me from restoring my home. Despite complying with abated housing repairs, the city refuses to acknowledge progress, all while forcing me to pay taxes, water, and trash fees for a property they’ve made impossible to use. Unfortunately finding an ethical honest attorney that’s not part of the “good old boys“ network of power and influence is like looking for a needle in a haystack! sadly, I hired two different Philly lawyers who both took my money and failed to act without filing a single legal document on my behalf. Therefore, I have been filing everything on my own. Including multiple motions for recusal of the Judge which were all conveniently.... ignored, delayed, or denied.
