Hello Jerry! It's nice to meet you. Just to clarify, are you asking about legal considerations for buying your leased home in Alabama after 19 years of tenancy?
Yes I am.

Thanks I also had another question.
Of course, Jerry. Feel free to ask your other question. I'm here to help with your legal inquiries.
The plumbing pipes were relocated to the attic prior to my tenancy. The pipes had several leaks over my 19 years here. The landlord finally had the whole house replumbed. However, after about a year there was another major leak that occured over my guest bedroom that I rarely go into. The ceiling fell through on a very expensive King bed with silk treatments and mattress and foundation. The bed frame nightstand and a computer monitor, along with the carpet was ruined. The plumbing owner admitted that they had difficulty reaching the eave of the house from inside the attic where the water supply enters from the top of an outside wall. Needless to say, one of the old faulty brass fittings, the cause for the replumb in the first place had been deliberately left and that one fitting caused the massive leak. As a tenant do I have recorse against this plumbing company for my damages and how to Ingo about it? The company admitted their error in workmanship and did not charge the landlordause
