We refer to the above Transfer and the enclose LRS Requisitions. We note this matter is currently being investigated by PEXA. Due to a PEXA electronic error, the transferee’s name did not show on the Transfer and registration could not take place. We therefore received a requisition from Land Registry Services, advising us of this. We note, PEXA Transfers do not finalise unless all the details are in the PEXA Transfer. The purchaser required this to relodged immediately, as they needed to refinance the property. We are now seeking a refund of unnecessary fees and charges payable again for both PEXA and LRS. Unfortunately, we will not be able to have a credit, as we used our own monies and will not be able to adequately show a credit on our bank records. Could you please deposit the sum of $*.* into our Office account. Our bank accounts are as attached.

We refer to the above Transfer and the enclosed LRS Requisitions. We note this matter is currently being investigated by PEXA.
Due to a PEXA electronic error, the transferee’s name did not appear on the Transfer, preventing registration. Consequently, we received a requisition from Land Registry Services advising us of this issue. PEXA Transfers do not finalize unless all details are included. The purchaser required this to be re-lodged immediately for refinancing the property.
We now seek a refund for the unnecessary fees and charges payable again to both PEXA and LRS. Unfortunately, we cannot receive a credit as we used our own funds and cannot adequately show a credit on our bank records.
Could you please deposit the sum of $*.* into our Office account? Our bank account details are attached.
