I just went through a wrongful eviction. Been trying to get it overturned.

I live on my house boat that I own in Brentwood *. I rented a slip from the marina, my landlords. The Writ was served August 20th. Since then I have lost (was stolen) everything and anything in my life that means anything to me. I lost my pets, my * foot cargo container, my boat/home all contents in my home. I am left homeless and all my belongings are at the dump. PLEASE HELP ME!

The sheriff will not do anything for me. They say it's a civil case every time and I told them how do I take a case to court without any evidence.

I've had local lawyers turn me down for almost 10 months now. Again my landlord says that they're a commercial business which I think should be residential. The legal aids in my area either don't take Brentwood California * or they don't take houseboats or they don't take a commercial business but if you have someone that can help me please send them my way
