I have a home in Florida that I used for a rental Airbnb & vrbo. I decided to sell it got a contract written on it for *,* back in April * we were supposed to close July * of *. The buyer presented me with Ten addendum’s. He added an additional $* to his $* escrow account. He also held the property for two weeks and paid $* per night for a total of $*. He was supposed to deposit that into my account and did not. The last addendum that we were presented with was after hurricane Helene hit the house. We both had a contractor come into the house and assess damages and they both came up with the same amount of $*,* to fix it. The buyer never took that off or negotiated down

I already have an attorney. We did mediation according to the contract and he would still not meet me in the middle. His attorneys have now withdrawn from his case and I have to wait another 30 days to file an amended motion for damages.
