My father passed away in * and left his house to me and my siblings , as beneficiarys on the house deed at the bank. However he listed my stepmother to have lifetime errors to the place . However , she has not lived in the house since he passed away and has been renting the place out this entire time to non-relatives. She is also remarried and has been for many years .
