i have a very unique problem. i purchased a mobile home under contract, the lady knew that i was buying out her mortgage, well she didnt pay i took it to an attorney, and brought the lady i purchased the contact from with me. the attorney put the case against the purchaser, with my name left off of the case. now it is so convoluted that i am out of all this money, it is in the appeals court, because this attorney that we got did not present all of the evidence
