I am in the midst of a bitter partition lawsuit with my twin sister in regards to the home we both co-own. My parents resides in the home and I used to live in the home prior to March * as that was when the locks were changed and I was illegally evicted from the property. Am I still responsible for my portion of the mortgages over the last two years?
