Illegal eviction of a disabled person in Nevada involves serious legal concerns, including discrimination and fraudulent inducement. Nevada law provides specific protections for disabled tenants, and any fraudulent actions by family members or others can be legally challenged. I have a complex issue that I'm fairly sure is full of legal issues. It includes illegal eviction of a disabled person who is medically fragile and fraudulent inducement of a move that even put the disabled person in a position to be evicted.

Fraudulent inducement of a move by the family members of my business partner. Denied the diaabled person's accomodation. Made conditions uncomfortable with temperature, forced to sleep on the floor, camera surveillance. Family members exhibit bias against the disabled person including calling them "it", "burden", "crazy", "belongs in an asylum", says things like "the Autism children are a curse." Family members expose the disabled person to food allergens, exposed them to hidden illness even after being warned viruses were dangerous to this person. The family forced us into hardship and isolation away from our network.
