I wanted to sell my home as is Cash offer. The date we signed was April 30th. We were to close on May 28th . Has been extended * times for they said the title wasnt delivered due to Hernando county being hacked. It came out in the news April 4th. The last extention was given and to close on the 8th of June and never heard a word from them . Are they in breach of contract now.
