We got a new landlord at our campground so I put my camper up for sale. The rent went from *.* a year to *.* a year plus *.* water,sewer,trash disposal and lawn care which we never paid before. Since I put my camper online for sale and got a couple people looking at it now the owner sent a text stating new tenants would pay *.* plus *.* water and sewer, trash and lawn care. Plus electric is separate plus cable and Internet making it impossible to sell.

Most of it. How can they jump in change it from a seasonal campground to a month to month campground. I am only here 6 months out of the year but will have to pay water and sewer, trash and lawn care each month. There are a few people in here that live here.
