I am facing eviction possibly today due to non payment. It is myself and * grandkids. The man that let me move in is not legal owner of property. His daughter is. She doesn't want anything to do with him from what he says. The landlord never gave me a lease. I was told to find one and fill it out due to the fact he's on house arrest previously in wahalla. Now he lives in the house behind me..with a friend that I was told originally to do the lease and fill out for purpose of getting lights cut on for said friend...in my name and still is. Then when he was told of my situation he said just add my address to same paperwork to get lights cut on here as this is a requirement with light company. Also rep at light company listened as I had landlord on phone verifying address information. His friend and hisself are I know factly having illegal activities going on with people continuously in and out. His friend all day and night in his loud truck and if anyone at all is in the main driveway he gets in his truck blows the horn reving it up and acting like he gunna.hit them. Anyway the said landlord accepted money from someone else because he had fees at court to pay and couldnt wait on my money any longer. Now he's going to evict me because he said the other people are taking him to court because he hasn't returned their money yet. I know I'm behind. He said if it wasn't for owing the people my lack of payment as of yet wouldn't be SUCH an issue. I'm trying every means possible to get his money. My * grandkids just went back to school and I have a working vehicle so I can return to work. But now I have this on me. Do I have any hope of trying to figure this?
