how do you explain in an email to a low income housing agency employee that you had a legal action court hearing dor an eviction, but your landlord proposed an agreement before the eviction hearing the agreement which stipulated of you moved out of his rental house by oct 31st, he would not pursue the eviction process any further and waive/ forgive all past due rent, fees, etc, and the evixtion would not be on your credit/ rental history
