I have a question, : If i have agreed to buy land to put my small retirement house on it and i start buikding the house....and the owner puts deed in my name and i have been paying the taxes as well....and i go to bank to get the money to purchase land and bank officer tells me that theres 200k worth of liens on property and i have to wait to buy property ...and now this person is getting a divorce and is putting this property on his divorce settlement..."
