its quite complicated. I inherited a house in a will that I was told was paid off before my friend passed away. I havent been able to start the probate process due to the complexity of it as well as lack of resources. Now out of no where a bank is trying to forclose on the house stating the morgage is behind and they want all there money now. Ohh and they filed a lost Note Afidavid.
