I bought a house in Raleigh, North Carolina and became ill within 3 months because the crawl space was infested with mold growth . The inspection report listed a small amount of organic growth. I requested the sell fix it so they hired a professional to come fix it but after closing the real estate transaction and moving in I became ill and have occurred $* in hiring a mold removal company to remove the mold in the crawl space and the mold that had spread to the inside of the house. I had to hire a HVAC professional to remove the mold spores from my carpet, furniture and HVAC air ducts. I want to be reimbursed for my expenses of $*,* plus my medical bill and rent I had to pay for the 4 months I could not live in my home.
