We purchased our home a few months ago. And now that it’s starting to get warmer we are realizing the AC is not able to keep up with the heat. We called out the person who did the work for the previous owners and they told us that they had told the previous owners how to best install ductwork and where to place the system but they wanted it done their way for cheaper. Is there any legal grounds we stand on? Or is this going to just have to be something with deal with (ac constantly running in summer and house warm)
