Dec 9th * I lost my * teenage children to the state in which my sister took them in. Meanwhile I received a letter from SS stating I had been overpaid for the few months prior which the kids weren't in my care. So not only did I lose my payee rights to my kids but my benefits as well stopped. Is there anyway I can begin drawing my monthly survivors or widowers benefits?
