My husband has walked out of the marital home saying he doesn't love me anymore when really he didn't show love 6 months after we got married he does have a double-long transplant 20 years out and kidney failure I am wanting to know can I get spousal support or maintenance he is on disability only and he is threatening to have the electricity cut off November the 27th if he can do that basically what are my rights with him just up in abandoning me he's emotionally verbally abused abusive it is basically his way or the highway it never no compromising or communicating in my way at all

Okay yeah cuz he gets disability like *,* a month but he has no bill s he stays with relatives supposedly he says anyway his family comes for money and they kind of baby him or don't kind of they do a lot of it
