I was on highway i-* urbana to chicago and a mile before the exit * they the road was doing construction so the left side of lane was merged. My lane was going straight and the other drivers road was merged to right side. Right before the road actually closed the other driver cut off the line by changing the lane and hit my bumper but the police reported as I am unit *.
