I'm representing myself on the case on a traffic violation that is up for appeal now and I need to properly have evidence to support this appeal process
Hi ****! To better assist you, could you let me know what specific evidence or documentation you have gathered so far for your traffic violation appeal? This will help in understanding what might still be needed.
I'm basing my Appeal on a perjury charge by the officer. I'm attaching several pictures from dash cam they are numbered at the top right corner and Order to read as they may send to you in a different chronological order. As you'll be able to read on the citation it says suspect or defendant pulled in the way station from the exit and into oncoming traffic which was a complete *% LIE there's no traffic I will show you and I did nothing illegal I exited the highway in a safe manner to avoid hazard
It's important to ensure your evidence is presented clearly and effectively. Here's a general approach you could take for your appeal:
- Organize Evidence: Label each dash cam photo with clear descriptions showing the sequence of events.
- Highlight Key Points: Point out specific timestamps or features in the footage that contradict the officer's statement.
- Prepare a Statement: Write a concise statement explaining the events and how the evidence supports your claim.
Have you considered getting legal assistance to strengthen your appeal?
