I am from Manhattan Kansas and I am facing a citation for following too closely.
What were the circumstances leading to this citation?
I had just switched from the right lane to the left lane and was going about 32mph. This was a “three car” accident and my car was the third vehicle. The first vehicle who was untouched; driver was on their phone and then had to break abruptly because the car in front of them apparently. This driver was ticketed for being on the phone. The second vehicle which was in front of me breaker abruptly because the car in front of her being on her phone and then I tried breaking and the car slid like sand was underneath or something.
