The court order they gave me was one year the DPS website still stas 2 years after I requested an ALR hearing but the court reversed their decision and reduced it to one year

He is going to look into it to check to see if the suspensions from the court override the DPS, or vice versa. And if more than a year, he said it ways to correct, if possible.
