I got into a car accident with an officer. I was making a left turn in a two way and proceeded to get into the middle left turn lane when the officer then crashed into the back side of my car. They are claiming a failed to yield but the officer was coming from far away so I know I had time to go into the left turn lane. The cop had more than enough time to see me, yet he still ran into my car inside the left turn lane, and then gives me the citation. Is this something I can fight?
