I was pulled over and the car searched, when i had my bench trial is was dismissed because the officer said he stopped me because he suspected i didnt have a license. The DA appealed and the case went back to justice court. This time the officer said he knew me and ran my name and found out I was suspended and then stopped me. I also had turned in my proof of insurance and registration to the clerk and they lost it. I was found guilty just thursday and i my attorney did not research anything nor offer me the opportunity to submit my proof on insurance

I havent gone to court on that, the da was waiting to find out about the driving charge. If the case was dismissed because of the officer pulling me over on suspecion then anything found during the stop would be thrown out.
