I was employed with a contractor working for FedEx ground as a full time employee me and my kids were sick a couple of times in Feb on Feb * I called in sick the manager said it’s Monday we really need you I was throwing up and in bed all day. At the end of the day he called and said I was off the following day. For * weeks they sent out the next day with me marked as off until I stopped Recieving text all together tried calling never returned my calls or answered is this legal
