I have a question
Hi there! Feel free to ask your question, and I'll do my best to provide you with some helpful legal information.
Should I let it go or get a lawyer. I took a week off work in February for mental health reasons. March rolls around and I asked my boss for the weekend off before I started working weekends officially. He told me months in advance yes he'll have someone to cover my night shift schedule. The weekend comes and he still has me scheduled so I called out. I only called out because I family trip I had to make. I paid in advance and told my boss. When I got back from my trip I ended up on the hospital diagnosed with Bipolar schizophrenic affective. When I called my job back about my position explaining what happened and that I had paperwork he said no we're gonna go thru with the termination due to no call no show. I lost my job my apartment my car and my dog due to my job not helping me
