Neighbors dogs keep escaping their yard. They are aware that the dogs can and have gotten out. They used to come into my yard, but i have fixed my fencing so that they cannot. However, they often get out of the yard and come towards my wife and me when we are getting ready for work. This morning they were particularly temperamental and growled and bark, and even lunged at my ankle. No bites. Then when we went to leave, they kept running behind the car when I was backing up, which ultimately made me late for work as I did not want to run the dogs over. What can I do? Will talk to the neighbors later but no one was home this morning while the dogs were out. We have CCTV cameras that capture the dogs walking up to out property line a lot.
