Pet Ownership Legal Dispute

My friend allow me and my niece to live on his property and the neighbor has complained about my nieces dogs which are pit bulls and she let the run lose the parish has asked to remove her trailer off the property which she took her dos with her a d never complyed with the animal control the landlord went to court and paid all the fines now today they came back with saying no aminlas are allowed on the property and that my dogs need to be surrender as long as im residents here at this address and has done nothing to my nice who has these dogs that they consider to be dangerous and not tagged nor shot records left wondering free when my dogs have chips and are inside dogs and my dogs are not the one who either attack or try to and i spoke with the dog shelter and she the one that told me that they want pit bulls and not chiwiennes or pocket bully mix greman shepherd dogs cause there in the system and that i need to walk mines and not theathered down and put the on a runner which ive done consider my dog are inside dogs we only take them out to use restroom and bring them back in we paid all the fines and now we have another knock for the same court order that was paid now the landlord is not complying and want all dogs on the property surrender to the shelter with more fine fees to pay that was date feb *
